Welcome to Drop Taxi Tamilnadu. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services Provided

Drop Taxi Tamilnadu, established in 2019, offers the following services:

• Drop Taxi Service – Point-to-point taxi service.
• One-Way Taxi Service – Travel between two cities/locations with one-way fare.
• Tour Packages – Customized travel and sightseeing packages.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings can be made via our website, app, or phone.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message/email from Drop Taxi Tamilnadu.
• Customers must provide accurate details (pickup, drop location, contact number, date, and time). Incorrect details may result in booking cancellation.

3. Fares & Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, type of vehicle, and service requested.
• Toll charges, parking fees, inter-state permits, or additional expenses (if applicable) will be charged separately.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment gateways.
• For tour packages, an advance amount may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Drop Taxi & Oneway Taxi: Free cancellation up to 8 hours before scheduled pickup; cancellations after that may attract charges.
• Tour Packages: Cancellation charges depend on the specific package terms.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 working days through the original mode of payment.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

• Ensure timely arrival at pickup location.
• Use seat belts and follow safety instructions during travel.
• Do not engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior inside the taxi.
• Customers are responsible for their belongings; Drop Taxi Tamilnadu will not be liable for lost items.

6. Responsibilities of Drop Taxi Tamilnadu

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely service.
• Assign professional and verified drivers.
• Maintain vehicles in roadworthy and clean condition.
• Inform customers of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, or other circumstances).

7. Liability

• Drop Taxi Tamilnadu will not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Drop Taxi Tamilnadu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• In case of accidents, insurance coverage (if applicable) will follow local laws and regulations.

8. Use of Tour Packages

• Tour package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly communicated during booking.
• Customers must carry valid ID proof and travel documents where required.
• Drop Taxi Tamilnadu reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, strikes).

9. Modification of Terms

Drop Taxi Tamilnadu may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamilnadu.
